These terms explain shopping with Itwaar Bazaar at itwaarbazaar.store. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and place orders only when authorised to do so. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, harmful content or interference with the store's operation. Keep any account sign-in details private.

Products and information

Check the product description, size, quantity, shade and included items before ordering. Screens and lighting may affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse supplying the wrong product or a materially misleading description.

For cosmetics and personal-care products, read the packaging, ingredient list, warnings and application directions. Patch test as directed before use. Individual results can vary. Product descriptions do not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Review the final checkout total, including any displayed shipping or other charges, before submitting an order. Promotions may have expiry dates, quantity limits, product exclusions or minimum-spend conditions stated with the offer.

Select only the payment methods offered at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, the confirmed amount is payable to the courier on delivery. We do not request payment passwords, PINs or OTPs through support messages.

Orders and availability

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; stock and delivery availability may still need verification. We may contact you before dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable, an obvious price or listing error is identified, or delivery cannot be arranged, we will explain the issue and offer the appropriate correction, alternative or cancellation. We will not substitute an item or increase a confirmed price without your agreement.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will arrange a refund for the unfulfilled item through the supported payment route. Any limits on promotional quantities will be communicated before fulfilment.

Changes, cancellation and delivery

Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible, preferably before dispatch. Once a parcel has entered the courier network, changes may not be possible. Delivery estimates, tracking and COD arrangements are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and problems with an order

Our Refund Policy explains the seven-day reporting window for damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete deliveries, hygiene conditions, return arrangements and refund methods. Contact us promptly so we can investigate and help. These store processes do not remove rights available under applicable law.

Reviews and store content

Reviews should reflect a real experience and should not contain unlawful material, abusive content or another person's private information. We may moderate content for these reasons without creating false reviews or changing a review's meaning.

Website text, branding and images may be protected by their owners' intellectual-property rights. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without appropriate permission. Links to third-party services are subject to those services' own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy, responsibility and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Take reasonable care when entering information and using links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable laws of Pakistan govern these terms, without restricting any mandatory protection or complaint route available to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Updated wording will not retrospectively reduce an agreed remedy or change the terms of an existing order without a lawful basis or your agreement.
